The Bigger Picture

For The Bigger Picture Consulting and Event Management LLC, I created a polished, professional website that reflects the brand’s core promise — “The Magic is in the Details.” The goal was to highlight their expertise in delivering high-impact corporate and private events, while also presenting their full scope of consulting and project management services.

The site captures founder Connie’s unique background — from supporting top executives at The Coca-Cola Company and Time Warner Inc. to managing large-scale conferences hosting over 3,000 attendees. Each section is strategically designed to communicate credibility, showcase service offerings, and build trust with prospective clients.

Key pages feature detailed service breakdowns including event management, project coordination, and live/virtual/hybrid event planning. I integrated client testimonials, past client logos, and strong calls-to-action to encourage bookings and consultations. Special emphasis was placed on presenting measurable client benefits, such as cost savings on food, beverage, venue rentals, and accommodations.

The visual design combines elegance and clarity, ensuring potential clients can quickly understand the value The Bigger Picture offers while being inspired by its track record of success. The result is a website that not only informs but also invites visitors to envision their own event transformed into a memorable experience.
